Your registration will not be accepted unless full payment details, as listed below, are included. If your school or Road Safety Coordinator requires an invoice, please ensure you provide all information asked for.
IF YOUR MERCHANDISE/TRANSPORT IS NOT BEING COVERED BY YOUR SCHOOL, A COMMUNITY/ROAD SAFETY PARTNER OR YOUR PROGRAMME DELIVERY LEAD, YOU WILL NEED TO ARRANGE PAYMENT FOR THIS YOURSELF.

If you require transportation to/from the airport or the bus station please complete this section.
Please note, transport with our conference pick-up is at a cost of $5 each way and must be paid for when you register should you require this service. Tick the transport you require.
Transportation will be booked to accomodate the number of people who have registered for this. If you do not select this option, and transport to/from the venue is required, alternative transport arrangements will need to be arranged by the individual.
● Anyone found with alcohol or drugs will be sent home at their own expense.
● Students are expected to attend all of the conference and will only be permitted to leave the venue at the discretion of the conference organiser.
● Smoking is not permitted as students are representing their respective schools.
● Further guidelines will be advised with the info pack sent after registrations.
