Terms and conditions of registering for conference:
Your registration isn’t complete until payment has been received or details of the appropriate person to be invoiced have been provided; AND parent/caregiver confirmation of permission has been received by the Kaitiaki o Ara/SADD team.
We can accept withdrawal of application at no cost up until the advertised closing dates of the event. After this date, full or partial costs may still apply.
If a student fails to show up to the event without appropriate notice and reason, they may be liable for the full cost of registration. This still applies even if the student is being funded by a community partner.
If you pull out of the event after the closing date, you are not guaranteed a refund. We will support you to find a suitable replacement for your spot but if this is not possible then you or your school may still be invoiced for your registration fee.
If you have received sponsorship to attend conference, you may be requested to provide a summary of your experience and contribute to SADD reporting and promotional material regarding conference. It is also expected that you will continue with the SADD programme in your school and contribute to further SADD events and activities in 2024.
