Kirsty Vincent is the Head of AA Driver Training and joined the SADD Board of Trustees in Dec 2024. 

Though she started her current role at the end of 2024, Kirsty’s AA experience goes back 25 years when she first joined as an Auckland AA Centre Manager. Since then, she has held positions in the AA’s marketing and brand, tourism, and retail divisions, before taking the reins in the AA Driving School, which delivers over 100,000 driving lessons per year around Aotearoa.

Kirsty has extensive experience in driving and implementing change as well as leading the delivery of exceptional customer experience and operational efficiencies for the AA’s 1.1 million personal Members.

She is passionate about road safety and empowering the next generation of drivers to make confident and safer choices behind the wheel to ultimately reduce the number of road accidents and fatalities.
